Sean Henderson and his friend Ali Wardlaw will be taking part in the Rat Race Coast to Coast on the 10th of September in memory of Kate. This gruelling event consists of running, biking and kayaking 105 miles. The boys have opted to do the expert category and will have only 13 hours to complete the whole thing!
